Happiest Diagnostics provides diagnostic services conveniently at your home and at our health hubs. At our health hubs, you can access and experience our knowledge zone and check your fitness.
Which areas do you serve for Home Sample Collection?
Currently, we serve select pin codes in Bangalore and will be expanding our operations to more areas soon.
Do you have a physical location for sample collection?
We have one lab in Thalaghatpura (off Kanakapura Rd) and two Health Hubs in Jayanagar and JP Nagar, with plans to expand across Bangalore.
How do I book an appointment for home sample collection?
You can search for the tests and packages you need in the search tab at the top. Add them to your cart and make the payment. Our team will then call you to schedule a home sample collection at your convenience.

How far in advance should I book an appointment?
You should schedule your appointment at least one day in advance, preferably before 7 PM.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Do you charge additional for home sample collection?
We generally do not charge for home sample collection. However, a nominal fee applies if your order is below ₹499 and if the sample collection is scheduled beyond 4 kms from our center.
How should I prepare for the sample collection?
Preparation instructions are provided with respective test and package pages. Our team will also notify you while scheduling home sample collection or at the Health Hubs
Who will collect the samples? How long does the sample collection process take?
An expert phlebotomist will collect your samples at home or at our Health Hubs. The process takes not more than 10 minutes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer all digital payment options including UPI, cards, Net banking and Wallet. The choice is yours!
When do I need to make the payment?
You need to make the payment when you book your test or package online.

When will I receive my test results?
We strive to provide your reports as quickly as possible. The delivery time depends on the type of test/package and can be viewed on the selected test page. Typically, it takes around 24-48 hours
