In addition to our customer experience centers, you can access and experience our knowledge zone and check your fitness.
Does Happiest Diagnostics provide home collections of samples?
Currently, we serve selected pin codes in Bangalore and will be expanding our operations to more areas soon.
Do you have a physical location for sample collection?
We have one lab in Thalaghatpura (off Kanakapura Rd) and two Customer Experience Centre
in Jayanagar and JP Nagar, with plans to expand across Bangalore.
How do I book an appointment for home sample collection?
You can search for the tests and packages you need in the search tab at the top. Add them to your cart and make the payment. Our team will then call you to schedule a home sample collection at your convenience.

How far in advance should I book an appointment?
You should schedule your appointment at least one day in advance, preferably before 7 PM.

Do you charge additional for home sample collection?
A nominal fee to be charged if order value is lower than 1000
How should I prepare for the sample collection?
Preparation instructions are provided with respective test and package pages. Our team will also notify you while scheduling home sample collection or at the Customer Experience Centre
Who will collect the samples? How long does the sample collection process take?
An expert phlebotomist will collect your samples at home or at our Customer Experience Centre. The process takes about 10 minutes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer all digital payment options including UPI, cards, Net banking and Wallet. The choice is yours!
When do I need to make the payment?
You need to make the payment when you book your test or package online.

When will I receive my test results?
We strive to provide your reports as quickly as possible. The delivery time depends on the type of test/package and can be viewed on the selected test page. Typically, it takes around 24-48 hours
